    As I stay up painting in the new house, I can't help but to think of all the amazing work Lindsey Rose and her team did for us as our Realtor. Boy, I had no clue the hustle and hard work it takes to do what she did in such a short period of time. When we gave her the word to start, she hit the road running. Lindsey was so attentive during the whole process, especially when it came time to list our Medina home. Not only did she list wayyyy more than we were hoping for but she was able to sell it in 1 day with multiple offers OVER listing price!! Lindsey was there from the very get go making sure we felt comfortable the whole time. She vouched for us and went to bat for us when the times called for it. Lindsey and her team were made to work with the people, helping them find the home of their dreams. Thanks everyone, you knocked it out of the park!! WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME!!

    If you are thinking of selling and/or buying a home, Lindsey Rose and her team are the absolute BEST at what they do. Lindsey helped us both sell and buy a home recently and BOY let me tell you, the listing process she has developed and her marketing strategy is one of the best I've ever seen. I'm actually in marketing and understand the digital side of it, and she was able, with her digital marketing plan, to get FAR more views and buzz around our property than I feel any other Real Estate Agent could have. And we interviewed 5 others that are well known in the area! We had over 76,000 views on our video (which I should write an entire SECOND review on because it was literally like an HGTV commercial) and after a week had 7 offers, 5 OVER list price! We found out the buyer for our home had actually first seen our house through her marketing efforts on Facebook! She is one of the most genuine people and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She was born to do this. Also, she helped us negotiate and secure our DREAM home for UNDER asking AND with seller paid closing costs.     Lindsey Rose and her team outperformed any expectation my wife and I had when deciding to sell our house and pick a realtor. The process of preparing to sell our home with Lindsey was seamless with the least amount of stress possible. Her team helped us with preparing the house for sale and made it reflect the beautiful home it is. We were able to sell our house for well over our asking price because of the amazing work Lindsey and her team did.     That's a wrap, folks! Working with Lindsey and her team had my wife and I feeling like we had hit the jackpot.
